Need

The aim of the project is to answer to the difficulties of young people to learn and to find a job because they don't have skills.In fact, nowadays, the youth without any qualifications lose hope of finding work.

Principle

The principle of this project is to use innovative methological methods and create tools as the Vademecum Incluvet or educational guide.

The aim of the project is to help young people under 29 of finding a job by adapting the support to their ambitions and theirs needs.

The principle of this project to promote the apprenticeship, support the candidates and encourage professional integration.

The project is for collective care structures (collective crèches, multi-care centres, etc.) welcoming children from their first months on a regular basis.

Need

The aim of the project is to fight against poverty and for the inclusion of young children as language is a key element in the overall development of the child.

Principle

The principle of this project is to give children the desire and pleasure to communicate, Make conversation with every child, from birth and Sensibiliser les parents au plaisir de la conversa- tion avec leur enfant.

The other actors who contribute to this project are researchers from the J-PAL Europe and Dynamique du Langage laboratories in Lyon and the New Agency for Active Solidarity.

How early language learning allows for easier integration into the school system ?

The reason I selected the project.

I selected this project because I think it's very important to stuggle the inequalities from the beginning to enable the child to have the futur it deserves.


User scenario

Users

The users of this project are first, the children from a very young age but also their parents.

Persona

Fist name : Felix Age : 1 year Family status : His parents don't have much money. Environment : His parents find him a place in a nursery that use this program.

Problems : Members of this project observe that Felix has significant gaps in language development. Major issue : Thanks to the specialists in this nursery, this gap will be reduce and it will not create ie inequalities when he arrives at school.

The project takes place in nurseries where specialists observe children's language to detect potential inequalities and after help their parents to tackle it.

This project doesn't use databases but it would be useful to storage files of each child and add the progress of each child as they go along. For example : Child's Database :

Added value thanks to databases

This project will be improve thanks to databases because Queries allow to search, sort and filter specific data.It will be easier for specialists to follow each child and to observe his progress.
